Update v4.0.1

Revamped /inventory to organize items by category and prevent errors due to message size getting too large

/business upgrade takes a business from tier 1 to tier 5, revenue is 50 coins per tier
- Upgrade costs: 500, 1,500, 4,000, 10,000 coins
Businesses now have condition, dropping 5% a day
- Below 70% revenue drops by a quarter, below 30% it halves, at 0% the business stops
/business maintain repairs to 100% for 100 coins, 5 ores and 2 wood, or instantly with a :toolbox: Toolbox
- Every business that already exists starts at 100% today
/business payroll sets an employee's cut of a shift they work, the rest goes to you (default 50%)
/business supplies stocks the consumable your business uses, 1 per shift, without them you won't receive tips
/business decorate puts up decor for better tips, 1 slot at tier 2 up to 4 at tier 5
/business ledger shows what a business has earned and spent
/business leave lets an employee quit
All business related spending now comes out of your bank account instead of your wallet

New /digsite command, 6h cooldown, needs a :shovel~1: Shovel
- Uncover as many tiles as you dare, but hitting a cave-in will cost you the Surface bonus of 25 coins/tile.
- Crafting a :wood: Support Beam will protect you from one cave in!
New /vault command, crack a 4 symbol code in 6 tries, 6h cooldown, needs a :laptop: Laptop
- Pays 100 coins and a :key: Vault Code, which automatically finishes the hacking setup on a bank heist

/rob now takes 25% of a wallet instead of 100%
Map Fragment drop rate 1/120 -> 1/30 (/dig, /fish)
A :map: Treasure Map now finds the Sunken Hoard (renamed from Gold) every time you fish with it, instead of a 2% roll
The Sunken Hoard now pays coins plus two items
Added Airport and Chocolate Factory tips to match other businesses
Standardized Mining Operation payout to match other businesses

Business commands now respond faster
Fixed pets bringing an unusable Fishing Pole or Hunting Rifle, affected users have been repaired
Fixed /pet feed incorrectly displaying price as 10 coins while correctly charging 5
Fixed /business hire job offer buttons breaking after a bot restart
/business delete now asks for confirmation and notifies employees
Fixed the Rune Inc bank's records drifting out of step with account balances
