Update v1.8

This is an economy-focused update containing new features and commands, Quality of Life changes, as well as various bug fixes.

Gamble: a new way to bet coins
- Added !!gamble [bet] command.
Roll two dice against a bot, the player who has a higher roll wins.
This mini-game follows standard Rune betting rules, you win/lose 20% of your bet.
The command supports "max" or "all" as your bet like all other betting-based commands.

Compare: a new way to flex on your friends
- Added !!compare [@Member/ID] command.
Compare yourself with another member and see who is on top in terms of wallets, banks, bank levels, inventory worth and account worth.
Flexing has never been easier.


Smart number parsing
- Added recognition for other ways to represent numbers when entering a bet, for example 1k 1_000 1,000 are all equal to 1000.
This should help some of you struggling with having to get the syntax correct for commands.
The parsing is applied for all betting-based commands, which are currently: Blackjack, number-guesser, and gamble.

Removed ranking system
- The ranking system, rank icons based on your bank level, was a rushed system that did not meet my quality standards of a feature that deserves to be in Rune. Therefore it has been removed for now, but may return in another form in the future.

The emojis that display the Rune Coin and progress bar for your bank level in the !!bal command have been improved:
